I’ve been saying this for years: Bitcoin was first and it was good enough. That is enough to cement victory forever. Look at tcp/ip. 50 years old and nobody is out there calling it “old tech”. It just works. There isn’t anything about it that can be meaningfully improved. Certainly not anything big enough that it’s worth swapping out everything on the internet to a new protocol.

Bitcoin already won. The only people who don’t know this are rubes getting fleeced by shitcoin scammers.
